From Malaysiakini:
MACC chief commissioner Dzulkefly Ahmad warned Lim Guan Eng and Azmin Ali to be careful in issuing statements on the commission's investigations into issues in their respective states, which Dzulkefly said could tantamount to defamation.
Defamation?
Dzulkefly Ahmad does not understand that government agencies should not sue any public members. As a government agency its only recourse in the face of public criticism is to explain why those alleged slanders are incorrect.
Dzulkefly Ahmad or any head of government agency is NOT entitled to threaten members of the public when they criticise him. especially more so when the money to be used for the libel case comes from the public.

His job is to investigate allegations of corruption, not to sue members of the public.
Lim Kit Siang should explain this to his best mateys in MACC.
