Open Letter from Dr Lim Mah Hui to Dr Ang Ming Chee to counter accusations of treason over letter sent by Penang Forum to Unesco on George Town World Heritage site.
In his 'open' letter, Dr Lim Mah Hui criticized George Town World Heritage Incorporated (GTWHI) and the Penang State Government for not doing this and that, but he carefully avoided the sticky issue, that he wrote to UNESCO but without copying in the George Town World Heritage Incorporated (GTWHI) or the Penang State Government on his mail.
UNESCO might have invited individuals to write in but that does not mean the basic courtesy of copying in the local authorities should be deliberately omitted.
What were Lim Mah Hui's intentions? Why did he deliberately fail to copy the two local authorities in?
Why?
... perhaps he wanted to catch them unaware? ... perhaps this, perhaps that?
